About hypnosis

Hypnosis is a comfortable safe and relaxing creative state of awareness which often occurs naturally in sports, dancing, painting etc. Hypnotherapy does not encourage behaviour to which you will be ethically opposed but rather reinforces desirable changes. Experience of the depth of trance tends to vary, yet in my experience this bears no relation to the beneficial results which can be achieved by everybody.

Benefits include removal of limiting beliefs, deep relaxation, activation of optimum learning state and enhanced feeling of wellbeing.

Contraindications and caution:

Although hypnotherapy is widely used in the treatment of mental health problems it is not appropriate when medication is being prescribed and generally a doctor or health advisors advice is required. This applies to any health condition for which you are unsure.

When using the CD it is important that you are not driving, operating machinery or doing anything which requires conscious attention.
